The Course and Exam Accommodations Application Process, coordinated by our university's Accessible Living Unit, has begun.
In this context, students requesting academic and course accommodations must submit the following documents by February 15, 2026, via email to engelsizgaun@gaziantep.edu.tr:
• Academic Accommodation Service Application Form (click to download)
• Current Course Schedule
• Medical Board Report
These applications are a prerequisite for the evaluation of accommodation requests.
For individuals whose applications have been received, the next step will be to proceed to the stage of preparing accommodation letters and commitment forms.
